Support & FAQ

No hold music, no "your call is important to us" — just the answers to what actually goes wrong on a game night, and an inbox we read ourselves for everything else.

How do I join a game?

Someone opens the platform on a TV or laptop and hosts a room. Scan the QR code shown on that screen with your phone camera (or browse to the join address and type the 4-letter room code), pick a name and color, and your phone becomes the controller.

My phone went to sleep — am I kicked out?

No. Your player slot stays reserved. Wake your phone and the controller reconnects to your spot automatically; if it doesn't within a couple of seconds, refresh the page — you'll come right back as the same player without rescanning the QR code.

The TV screen was refreshed — is the party over?

No. The host screen reconnects to the same room after a refresh, and everyone's phones stay connected.

How does the host remove an inactive player?

On the host's phone, the lobby has a Manage Players list — tap a player to pass them the host crown or remove them from the room.

A game froze — what do I do?

The host can pause from their phone and choose Exit to Lobby, or use the Exit to Lobby button on the TV's pause overlay. The room and all players survive; only the round ends.

Do I need to install anything?

No downloads. Guests never sign in — scan the code and play. Hosting a room takes an email address and nothing else. Everything runs in the browser over your local network connection.

Which games are available?

See the full Game Library — every game lists its player count and how to play.
